What you'll do
- Design and develop structural systems and frameworks from concept to detailed documentation.
- Provide structural analyses, models and material estimates as baselines for architectural and AI-driven development.
- Coordinate with architects to ensure structural integrity aligns with design, site and load requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate structural, architectural and technological components seamlessly.
- Optimise designs through simulations, material assessments and iterative evaluations for efficiency and safety.
Skills & competencies
- Demonstrated expertise in structural design and detailing for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Proficient in structural modelling and analysis software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS and Revit Structure.
- Strong grasp of local building codes, site conditions and compliance standards.
- Skilled in material estimation, reinforcement detailing and construction feasibility assessments.
- Effective collaborator with strong communication and coordination across design and engineering teams.
